Mobility & Relieving Back Pain with Dylan Salamon

The vast majority of the working population are all plagued by very similar problems, that show up as many different symptoms. Tightness across the front of the body & weakness across the back of the body (coined upper-cross and lower-cross syndrome) are leading causes of neck, shoulder, back and hip pain and more accuse issues such as sciatica. This workshop will target these areas, whilst not requiring too much space, or even full sports attire. Don’t expect to be exhausted at the end, as it is gentle and simple movements that will alleviate pain and improve productivity.
